 About me and my practice

I offer counselling and psychotherapy within my private practice near Haywards Heath, West Sussex. I am also a tutor at a training college that specialises in teaching counselling, psychotherapy, supervision and CPD courses.

I am qualified to Masters Level 7 in Advanced Integrative Psychotherapy, I have an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured.

I work with individuals and couples in person or online

My main modality is TA (Transactional Analysis)  which has at its core the principle that we are all fundamentally OK. I also like to work creatively, using imagination and illustrations when words are hard to find.

My client base is varied and includes working with people with addictions, disordered eating, grief and loss, relationship problems, work based stress, anxiety, depression and trauma as well as life  problems and dilemmas that affect us all. No problem is too small, we all need a helping hand from time to time.

I'm warm, open and straightforward and work in a way that encourages a partnership approach, you are, after all, the expert of your own life.

My private practice is based within my home and we are often joined by my two dogs, Harry and Pip. My therapy space is accessed by two small flights of stairs and (being an old house), there are low doorways and ceilings.  There is a local bus route to the village, the nearest train station is around 4 miles away but there is ample parking locally to my house.
